2. Eligibility

To use Playgrader, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Event Management Features

Playgrader allows coaches to create, manage, and promote sporting events. It also allows prospective student athletes to showcase their recruiting profile and register for hosted events. You are responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of the information you provide about events.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to event management.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Playgrader, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Playgrader LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playgrader LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or any events managed through it.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the app. Your continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in York, PA.
